The Bigger Detail
Infamous for pushing the boundaries and finding loopholes in Twitch’s Terms of Service, Indiefoxx isn’t new to being banned. However, her longest punishment until today has been a 3-day ban.
On 29th June 2021, Twitch banned Indiefoxx for the 6th time in a span of 6 months. Following this, Twitch also removed Indiefox from the Twitch Partner Program.
Twitch Removes Indiefoxx From Twitch Partner Program
Due to the nature of the content on her channel, she would often test the boundaries of how far she could go before getting punished for violating Twitch’s terms of service.
Twitch first banned Indiefoxx for 3 days on 29th January 2021. Following that, she got banned on 1st February (3 days), 23rd February (1 day), 7th April (3 days), 19th June (3 days), and 29th June.
Other prominent Twitch Partners were upset that Indiefoxx could repeatedly violate the Terms of Service and get away with it. Unlike the usual procedure where 3 bans would lead to a permanent ban, she kept getting away with back-to-back violations.
However, Indiefoxx Pushed The Boundaries One Too Many Times
Following her last ban, Twitch removed Indiefoxx from the Twitch Partner Program. Even though this decision came as a surprise to the community, they approved of it and were happy to see Twitch finally taking some action.

What Happens When Twitch Removes Someone From The Partner Program
When Twitch removes someone from their Partner Program, they lose the ability to monetize their channel.
- No one can subscribe to their channel on Twitch.
- No one can donate bits to their channel on Twitch.
- The streamer does not earn advertising revenue on Twitch.
- They lose all affiliate and partner privileges on Twitch.
Thus, even if Indiefoxx returns to streaming on Twitch, her only source of monetization will be direct donations. Alternatively, she could direct her viewers to subscribe to her OnlyFans.
Will Twitch Take Action Against Other Streamers Who Repeatedly Violate Their Terms Of Service?
Twitch doesn’t consistently enforce its Terms of Service. For example, while they removed Indiefoxx from the Partner Program, Amouranth continues to be a Twitch Partner.
Despite Twitch banning Amouranth 4 times, she continues to stream on the platform as a Twitch Partner. In contrast, Twitch permanently banned several streamers from the platform after a single ban.
Additionally, the offenses committed by those streamers were nowhere close to Amouranth’s violation of Twitch’s Terms of Service. In fact, Indiefoxx took inspiration from Amouranth, the queen of pushing boundaries on Twitch, for her content.
